Solarize Northern Indiana (NI) launched in July 2017 and focused on the cities of South Bend and Goshen. However, since then Solarize NI has held information sessions in many communities around Northern Indiana.
370 people attended 9 information sessions and 97 solar projects were installed in late 2017 and spring of 2018. Most of the projects were new solar homes, but two local businesses and two churches also went solar through Solarize. Learn more at their Team website.

- Marshall County
- Elkkhark County
The volunteer-driven initiative collaborated with the Michiana Area Council of Governments, City of Goshen, and City of South Bend Office of Sustainability.
